Coaching American-Born Indian Women to Live with Peace and Her Life Purpose
Through our dedicated coaching and guidance, you will get clarity in what you want and take steps to living your greatest purpose. I am the coach for Indian-American Women of South Asian descent. We are beautiful, unique, caring, talented, and creative women who deserve to make the most of our lives while still being a good daughter, wife, and mother.
Work With Me
My passion is helping Indian-American women, my people, live their fullest and richest lives. I took the long road here first as an ICU Registered Nurse for 13 years, and then a Family Nurse Practitioner and practice clinic owner for the last 10 years, also a Health and Lifestyle Coach. I settled on my highest calling in Life Coaching the minds of the most beautiful women (that's us!) in the world.

The major difference between therapy and life coaching is the focus of the work. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.
Life coaching is not meant to take the place of therapy, and referrals to a licensed mental health clinician might be the most appropriate, but coaching can certainly be an adjunct to counseling for those already looking upward momentum in their care.
I believe that there are many factors that uniquely affect Indian-American women, straddling two cultures, wanting to be everything to everyone. It is possible she can live her most authentic self and let go of obligation and resentment.
I am a mother, wife, daughter, friend, and professional. I owe it to myself and all I come in contact with to leave generational traumas behind and pass on new ways to live life.
